How it works
Web appNext.js on Vercel for the clinic: schedule, patients, dental charts, finance and team.
Messaging workersFastify services on Railway receive WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger events and run queues.
DataSupabase Postgres with row-level security, so each clinic only ever sees its own records.
AssistantOpenAI and Anthropic models with tools to look up availability, book, reschedule and confirm.
