A system for clinics that sell follow-up programs of 3 to 12 months: the program, not the appointment, is the centre, from the first WhatsApp message to the renewal.

What it does
- Working prototype with a separate view for each role: doctor, nursing, front desk, patient journey, finance and admin.
- Records the consultation: the audio is transcribed by OpenAI and the text is analysed to fill in the record, with Google as a fallback.
- Being shaped with the first clinic before the real back end is built.
How it works
PrototypeNext.js with demo data and a role switcher, so the clinic can walk through every flow before anything is stored.
RecordingTwo API routes: one transcribes the consultation audio, the other turns the transcript into structured notes.
Next stepA multi-clinic back end, with the patient portal reached from WhatsApp.
